Ingredients /  सामग्री / સામગ્રી -: 1) Boiled & Messed potatoes / पके और चुरा किया हुआ आलू / બાફેલા અને ચૂરો કરેલા બટાકા - : 4 to 5 Piece 2) Crushed Flattened Rice / चुरा किया हुआ पोहा /વાટેલા પૌવા - : 5 TSP 3) Chopped Green Chili / कटी हुई हरी मिर्च / સમારેલા લીલા મરચાં - : 4 - 5 Piece 4)  Chopped Coriander / कटा हुआ हरा धनिया / સમારેલું કોથમીર - : 2 TSP 5)  Salt /  नमक / મીઠું -: As per Taste 6)  Red Chili Powder / लाल मिर्च पाउडर / લાલ મરચાનો પાવડર  - : 1 TSP Preparation - :  First take the flattened rice in a mixer bowl and crush it. Crush it like flour. Then take the mashed boiled potatoes in a bowl. Add chopped green chillies, chopped coriander, salt to taste, red chili powder and 5 tbsp flattened rice powder and mix well. For fasting, let's make a very tasty papad of Sago (sabudana) at home. उपवास के लिए, चलो घर पर साबुदाना के बहुत ही स्वादिष्ट पापड़ बनाते हैं। ઉપવાસ માટે, ખુબજ સ્વાદિષ્ટ એવા બહાર મળતા સાબુદાણા ના પાપડ ઘરે બનાવીએ. Ingredients / सामग्री / સામગ્રી - :   1) Sago / साबूदाने / સાબુદાણા - : 500 Grams 2) Salt / नमक / મીઠું - : As per Taste Preparation - :  First take the Sago in a bowl. Now wash the Sago with water 2-3 times. Then add enough water to cover the Sago and soak for 3-4 hours. Once the Sago is soaked, add salt to taste and stir well by hand. Now we will make papad. Now heat the water in a pan. When the water is hot, place a large grater on it. Then place 2 teaspoons of sago in a small dish or tiffin lid. Then put it on the pasture. And cover the plate with it. Salted Puri / नमकीन पूरी / ખારી પુરી

Ingredients / सामग्री / સામગ્રી - :   1) Fine Flour / मैदे का आटा / મેંદા નો લોટ - : 500 Grams 2) Black Pepper Powder / काली मिरि पाउडर / કાળી મરી પાવડર - : 1 TSP 3) Ajwain Powder / अजवाइन (पिसा हुआ)  / અજમો (વાટેલો) - : 1 TSP 4) Hot Oil / गरम तेल / ગરમ તેલ - : (1) 6 TSP FOR MAKE PURI FLOUR and                                                     (2) NEEDED TO FRY PURI 5) Salt / नमक / મીઠું - : As Per Taste Preparation - : First, filter fine flour in a large bowl. Then add salt, ajwain, pepper powder and 6 TSP of hot oil and mix well. For this puri be a crispy. Add some water to it and keep adding flour to make Puri Flour. Prepare some Hard Flour than Paratha. Then cover it for 5 to 10 minutes. Then mesh the flour and make small loaves for puri. And go for make puri. Puri should not be too thick or thin. Then dry the puri for 1 hour. After 1 hour, heat oil in a pan to fry the puri. After the oil is heated, keep the flame medium of gas and fry it all. K
