Besan (Magas) Laddu / मगज के लड्डू / મગસ ના લાડુ

Besan's (Magus) laddu is a Gujarati dessert. Which is very dear to Gujarati. मगज के लड्डू एक गुजराती मिठाई है। जो गुजरातीओ को बहुत प्रिय है। મગસ ના લાડુ એક ગુજરાતી મીઠાઈ છે. જે ગુજરાતીઓને ખુબજ પ્રિય છે.  Ingredients /  सामग्री / સામગ્રી Flour of Chickpeas / चने की दाल का थोड़ा मोटा आटा / ચણાની દળ નો કરકરો લોટ - : 200 Gram Ghee / घी / ઘી - : 100 gram Crushed Sugar / पीसी हुई चीनी / દળેલી ખાંડ - : 100 Gram Cardamom Powder / इलाइची पाउडर / ઈલાયચી પાવડર - : 1 Spoon Chironji / चिरोंजी / ચારોળી - : 1 Spoon Slices of almonds/ बादाम के स्लाइस / બદામ ની કતરણ - : 2 - 3 Piece Take a pan  first. Heat ghee in a pan. After ghee is hot, add chickpea flour to it. And shake it in slow flame. Constantly shaking. (Don't hurry to bake the flour.) The flour will be well baked and the ghee will start to separate. The color changes slightly so turn off the gas and keep stirring for a while. When the mixture is not too cold or hot, stir in the mixture by adding cardamom powder,
