Red Chili's Pickle / लाल मिर्च का अचार / લાલ મરચાં નું અથાણું
 
         Ingredients /  सामग्री / સામગ્રી -:    Red Chili / लाल मिर्च / લાલ મરચાં - : 250 Gram  Ramdev's Achar Masala / रामदेव का अचार मसाला / રામદેવ નો અથાણાનો મસાલો  - : 100 Gram Packet  Oil /  तेल / તેલ - : 4 Spoon  Fennel Seeds / सौंफ / વરિયાળી - :1 Spoon  Aamchur Powder / आमचूर पाउडर / આમચૂર પાવડર - :2 Spoon  Molasses / गुड़ / ગોળ - : 1 Small Cup  Hing / हींग / હિંગ - : Just Small Pinch  Salt / नमक / મીઠું  - : As per Taste  Turmeric Powder /  हल्दी पाउडर / હળદર - : 1 Small Spoon           First take the red chilli. Wipe it with a clean cloth. Then cut into four vertical pieces of red pepper and remove all its seeds. Then add turmeric powder and salt and shake well. Then cover it and let it remain for 2 to 3 hours. After 2 to 3 hours will start to release water, drain this water. Then dry the peppers on a paper or cloth. Dry the red chillies indoors.
