This South Indian food is loved by almost everyone. And it's so easy to make at home. Here I made idli by bringing ready idli batter from the market. These idli batter are found in the market. यह दक्षिण भारतीय खाद्य लगभग सभी को पसंद है। और घर पर बनाना इतना आसान है। यहां मैंने बाजार से तैयार बेटर लाकर इडली बनाई। ये बेटर बाजार में पाए जाते हैं। આ સાઉથ ઇન્ડિયન ફૂડ લગભગ દરેક વ્યક્તિ ને પસંદ હોય છે. અને તે ઘરે બનાવવામાં ખુબ જ સરળ છે. અહીં મેં માર્કેટ માંથી તૈયાર ખીરું લાવીને ઈડલી બનાવી છે. આ ખીરું માર્કેટ માં મળી રહે છે. Ingredients / सामग्री / સામગ્રી - : (For Idli) 1) Idli Batter / इडली का बेटर / ઈડલી નું ખીરું - : 500 Gram 2) Salt / नमक / મીઠું - : As per Taste 3) Eno Or Baking Soda / इनो या बेकिंग सोडा / ઇનો અથવા ખાવાનો સોડા - : 1/2 TSP Add salt to taste and baking soda and stir the idli's batter well. Then add 1 to 2 glasses of water inside Idli's cooker and put it on gas. Then add some oil on the idli stand and put the idli's
