Salted Puri / नमकीन पूरी / ખારી પુરી

Ingredients / सामग्री / સામગ્રી - :   1) Fine Flour / मैदे का आटा / મેંદા નો લોટ - : 500 Grams 2) Black Pepper Powder / काली मिरि पाउडर / કાળી મરી પાવડર - : 1 TSP 3) Ajwain Powder / अजवाइन (पिसा हुआ)  / અજમો (વાટેલો) - : 1 TSP 4) Hot Oil / गरम तेल / ગરમ તેલ - : (1) 6 TSP FOR MAKE PURI FLOUR and                                                     (2) NEEDED TO FRY PURI 5) Salt / नमक / મીઠું - : As Per Taste Preparation - : First, filter fine flour in a large bowl. Then add salt, ajwain, pepper powder and 6 TSP of hot oil and mix well. For this puri be a crispy. Add some water to it and keep adding flour to make Puri Flour. Prepare some Hard Flour than Paratha. Then cover it for 5 to 10 minutes. Then mesh the flour and make small loaves for puri. And go for make puri. Puri should not be too thick or thin. Then dry the puri for 1 hour. After 1 hour, heat oil in a pan to fry the puri. After the oil is heated, keep the flame medium of gas and fry it all. K
