The Mango Sauce (Chutney) is tastier than any other. आम की चटनी किसी भी अन्य चटनी की तुलना में स्वादिष्ट होती है। કેરીની ચટણી અન્ય કોઈપણ ચટણી કરતાં સ્વાદિષ્ટ હોય છે. Ingredients / सामग्री / સામગ્રી -: Chopped Raw Mango (Small Pieces) / कटा हुआ कच्चा आम / કાપેલી કાચી કેરી - : 2 Piece Fennel Seeds / सौंफ / વરિયાળી - :1 Small Spoon Cumin / जीरा / જીરું - : 1 Small Spoon Oil / तेल / તેલ - : 1 Spoon Salt / नमक / મીઠું - : As per Taste Red Chili Powder / लाल मिर्च पाउडर / લાલ મરચું પાવડર - : 1 Spoon Molasses or Sugar / गुड़ या चीनी / ગોળ અથવા ખાંડ - : 1 Small Cup Hing / हींग / હિંગ - : Just Small Pinch Turmeric Powder / हल्दी पाउडर / હળદર - : Just Small Pinch First put the oil in a pan to heat.
