Ingredients / सामग्री / સામગ્રી -: Any Small Rice / कोई भी छोटे चावल / કોઈ પણ જીણા ચોખા - : 1 Cup Split Black Gram / उरद की दाल ( छिलके बिगर की) / અળદની દાળ (ફોતરાં વગરની) - : 1/2 Cup Semolina / सूजी / સોજી - : 1/2 Cup Fenugreek Seeds / मेथी के दाने / મેથી દાણા - : 1/2 TSP Chopped Onion / कटी हुई प्याज / સમારેલી ડુંગળી - : 2 Piece Chopped Green Chili / कटी हुई हरी मिर्च / સમારેલા લીલા મરચાં - : 3 to 4 Piece Chopped Tomatoes / कटे हुए टमाटर / સમારેલા ટામેટા - : 2 Piece Red Chili Powder / लाल मिर्च पाउडर / લાલ મરચાનો પાવડર - : 1 TSP Chopped Coriander / कटा हुआ हरा धनिया / સમારેલું કોથમીર - : 3 to 4 TSP Chaat Masala / चाट मसाला / ચાટ મસાલો - : 1 TSP Salt / नमक / મીઠું - : As per Taste Oil / तेल / તેલ - : As per Need Cheese / चीझ / ચીઝ - : 100 Gram Take a bowl first. And take Split Black Gram in it. Then wash it thoroughly with clean wat
